We're partnering with a leading food & beverage manufacturer to hire a Project Engineer II to support engineering design and project management initiatives within a dynamic production environment.
This role is ideal for an engineer with hands-on manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys collaborating across departments to bring capital projects to lifeon time and on budget.

What You'll Do:

• Lead engineering, design, and project management efforts for assigned projects
• Develop clear project scopes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party partners (architects, engineers, construction teams)
• Manage construction and renovation projects from concept through completion
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, timeline, and budget objectives
• Provide mentorship to junior engineering team members
• Coordinate internal resources and maintain strong project documentation
• Deliver consistent project reporting and updates

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Agricultural)
• Poultry industry experience required
• 25 years of engineering experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
