Electrical Engineer

Job Role : Electrical Engineer

Location: On-site OH

Type: Direct Hire

Strong experience in hardware design and analog circuit development

Hands-on expertise in PCB design and analysis using CAD tools

Experience with electronics testing, troubleshooting, and validation

Knowledge of reverse engineering and repair/refurbishment of electronic systems

Ability to perform root cause analysis and diagnose component-level failures

Familiarity with Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD) or regulated industry standards is a plus

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in high-reliability environments

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-style engineering environment

Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
