STRUCTURAL RESTORATION ENGINEER WASHINGTON, DC
A premier engineering consulting firm is seeking a Structural Restoration Engineer to work on exciting restoration, rehabilitation, and forensic projects throughout the DC region. If you enjoy solving complex structural problems and bringing aging buildings back to life, this is the role for you.
What Youll Do: Lead structural restoration and repair design projects Perform building assessments, forensic investigations, and condition surveys Design repairs for concrete, masonry, steel, facades, and parking structures Coordinate directly with clients, architects, and contractors Participate in projects from design through construction administration
What Were Looking For: BS in Civil or Structural Engineering PE license preferred (or ability to obtain) Experience with structural restoration, rehabilitation, or forensic engineering Strong understanding of concrete, steel, and masonry systems Excellent communication and project management skills
