Requirements & Qualificions
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or reled field
- Professional Engineering License (PE) required
- 15+ years of experience in transportion, roadway, or highway engineering
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Proven success in client relionship management and business development within the transportion sector
- Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MicroStion preferred
- Demonstred leadership, team management, and mentorship abilities
- Strong financial acumen and ability to utilize dashboards, metrics, and da for decision-making
Preferred Background & Skills
- Masters degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience with MicroStion and transportion design software
- Deep knowledge of municipal approvals and public process navigion
- Experience across Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Allentown transportion markets
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-locion team to deliver transportion projects aligned with the firms mission and values
- Oversee project execution from planning and safety analysis through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
- Serve as a primary client contact, building trusted relionships and delivering exceptional service to both public and prive sector clients
- Manage project budgets, staffing, scheduling, and financials, proactively addressing challenges
- Guide design stregy and collabore with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Prepare compelling proposals, lead client interviews, and advance new business opportunities
- Support complex public processes, municipal approvals, and industry engagement to strengthen firm visibility
