Requirements & Qualificions

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or reled field
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) required
  • 15+ years of experience in transportion, roadway, or highway engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Proven success in client relionship management and business development within the transportion sector
  • Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MicroStion preferred
  • Demonstred leadership, team management, and mentorship abilities
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to utilize dashboards, metrics, and da for decision-making

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Masters degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience with MicroStion and transportion design software
  • Deep knowledge of municipal approvals and public process navigion
  • Experience across Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Allentown transportion markets

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-locion team to deliver transportion projects aligned with the firms mission and values
  • Oversee project execution from planning and safety analysis through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
  • Serve as a primary client contact, building trusted relionships and delivering exceptional service to both public and prive sector clients
  • Manage project budgets, staffing, scheduling, and financials, proactively addressing challenges
  • Guide design stregy and collabore with internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Prepare compelling proposals, lead client interviews, and advance new business opportunities
  • Support complex public processes, municipal approvals, and industry engagement to strengthen firm visibility
