ESTIMATOR - PROJECT MANAGER - Residential Constuction

We are looking for a highly capable and dependable estimator / project manager with alot of experience in the residential remodeling and new construction markets. After 44 years Owner has downsized and is ready to semi-retire and let someone else run the show. We do 2-4m a year on average, all word of mouth. Plenty of room to expand or simply run as is. Most of the guys have been with us for many many years... We pride ourselves on being a high-end Construction Company. We handle most of the work in house. You must know your stuff. No BS.
