THE WORK
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Procurement Quality Engineer (PQE) Staff for a position based out of Orlando, FL, executing PQE tasks on the F-35 Training and Logistics program and supporting Suppliers in the United States, and overseas locations. The position will require working flexible hours and travel out of the assigned geographical area to support suppliers across the United States and possibly some international suppliers. As a member of the Procurement Quality Engineering Team, this individual will be the focal point and responsible for coordinating all efforts to assure the quality and technical performance of deliverables from major subcontractors/suppliers for the F-35 Training portfolio primarily, with potential to support F-35 Support Equipment programs as well.
This position requires up to 50% travel to customer sites at domestic and international locations to participate in supplier test events during device installations, such as Full Mission Simulator, Weapons Loading Trainer, and Ejection Seat Maintenance Trainer devices.

Experience with tactile panels
Experience with training devices
-Experience working closely with government customers
-Experience managing major Subcontractors

-Experience with performing First Article Inspections
to AS9102 requirements
-Strong understanding in AS9100 and ISO 9001
