We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join our team, playing a key role in the design, testing, troubleshooting, and assembly of cutting-edge electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
Multiple Shifts Available: Days, Evenings, Nights and Weekend Schedules
Pay Rate: $22-26/hr (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Electro-Mechanical Support : Perform routine to moderately complex technical tasks, including the design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and prototype models.
	 - Problem Solving : Test and troubleshoot both system-level and component-level problems in electrical and mechanical sub-systems.
	 - NPI Work : Support new product installations (NPI) and field system upgrades as needed.
	 - Hands-On Work : Work directly from schematics, diagrams, written/verbal descriptions, and layouts to conduct testing and troubleshooting.
	 - Documentation : Compile thorough logbooks and procedural documentation, utilizing strong written communication skills.
	 - Platform Testing : Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on platforms following precise engineering and manufacturing documentation.
	 - Safety : Maintain a secure and safe work environment by observing all safety standards, using protective equipment, and following strict safety and security policies.
	
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience interpreting and working from schematics and technical diagrams is essential.
	 - Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers is required.
	 - Ability to use various hand and power tools accurately.
	 - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an engineering or technical environment.
