Senior Director, Engineering - Capital The Opportunity The Senior Director, Engineering serves as the senior functional leader for engineering within the Corrugated Division, responsible for engineering strategy, standards, and technical governance across the network. The role enables safe, predictable, and high-quality execution of a large capital portfolio representing 200-250 projects and $250-$300M in annual capital spend. This role operates as a peer to Capital Portfolio Management and is accountable for how projects are executed, while not owning capital prioritization or funding decisions.
