In this role, you will be driving the execution and delivery of an IT project for our various electric utility clients. Additionally, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering Leidos' Mission, Vision, and Values. This position is responsible for planning, coordining, monitoring, and implementing complex, large-scale SAP modernizion projects to support organizional goals in the Centralized Service Business Group. The individual will oversee key aspects of the project management lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and execution. The ideal candide will possess strong project management skills and demonstred experience leading large-scale initiives from stregy through implemention while coordining internal teams, contractors, and vendors. Locion: This position is based in Newark, New Jersey. Qualified candides must reside within a commutable distance and be able to work onsite client offices three days per week. Responsibilities: Lead execution and coordinion of the Centralized Service Business workstream focused on Warehousing and Transportion Services within the EAM Program Partner with Warehousing, Transportion, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Operions, and IT teams to support implemention and Day 1 readiness activities Manage integred project plans, dependencies, interfaces, milestones, risks, issues, and action items across business and technology teams Coordine operional readiness, cutover, stabilizion, and post-go-live support activities to support successful implemention and transition outcomes Facilite cross-functional collaborion across field operions, warehousing, transportion services, supply chain, and enterprise technology teams Support governance activities, stus reporting, escalion management, and executive stakeholder communicions Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve delivery, operional, and process-reled risks and issues Support implemention and stabilizion activities within the existing delivery and EAM team structure Coordine testing, training, business readiness, and change management activities as required Ensure alignment between business operions, technology solutions, and enterprise transformion objectives Support process integrion across service operions, inventory management, logistics, transportion scheduling, and asset management functions Required Educion & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Informion Technology, Computer Science or reled degree with 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree Strong experience managing integred operional and IT workstreams across logistics and supply chain organizions Experience coordining cross-functional teams, dependencies, operional interfaces, and stakeholder management Experience supporting Day 1 readiness, cutover planning, operional readiness, stabilizion, and post-implemention support activities preferred Experience within utility, energy, logistics, warehousing, transportion, or asset-intensive industries preferred Familiarity with warehousing operions, inventory management, logistics, transportion scheduling, and supply chain processes preferred Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), ERP, supply chain, warehousing, or transportion management implementions preferred Strong leadership, communicion, facilition, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently within a complex client delivery environment Experience with SAP enterprise plforms required Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, JIRA, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools Excellent written and verbal communicion skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to da protection and company guidelines where applicable Preferred Qualificions: Previous project management experience within a utility environment If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
