We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for an entry-level Junior Business Analyst / Junior Project Coordinator role. In this position, you will support internal teams by helping organize projects, streamline workflows, maintain documentation, and assist with templating and process improvements related to 401(k) documentation and operations. Responsibilities: Assist with project coordination and tracking tasks Help organize and maintain documentation and templates Support process improvement and workflow streamlining efforts Work within Microsoft Office systems and internal software programs Communicate with team members to help keep projects moving forward Perform administrative and support tasks as needed When responsibility calls, you're ready to lead.
