Project Coordinator

ServiceMaster Restoration by Marano Services LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Construction Coordinator to join our team.

This position is an office role, not a field position.
Schedule is MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM.

The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for heavy communication and coordination with clients, vendors, subcontractors, project managers, and insurance companies throughout restoration and reconstruction projects, many of which are insurance claim related.

Compensation
Compensation for this position starts between $52,000$55,000 annually, depending on experience, skill level, and qualifications, with room for growth based on performance and capability.

Responsibilities
Coordinate construction and restoration projects
Communicate daily with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and insurance companies
Schedule subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
Assist with insurance claim communication and documentation
Maintain job schedules and project files
Work closely with project managers and office staff
Help keep projects organized and running smoothly

Qualifications
Construction, restoration, or coordination experience preferred
Insurance claim experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Professional and dependable
Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
English required. Spanish speaking ability is a plus
