Production Engineer

Job Description :

Production Engineer positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Opelika, Alabama). Responsible for continuous improvement and optimization of production processes for automotive brake components. Support machine modification projects for the new generation vehicle brake systems and support ongoing production operations by troubleshooting equipment issues. Ensure optimal efficiency of jig tool and equipment systems. Analyze production data and develop and implement improvement plans based on that data.

Minimum Requirements :

• Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in mechanical engineering or related field and 2 years of experience performing production engineering.
• Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Using AutoCAD
• Working in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Performing tooling design
• Interpreting engineering drawings and schematics

• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
