Painting Estimator / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Take measurements of residential and commercial properties.
Generate detailed project estimates.
Oversee job sites to ensure quality and crew efficiency.
Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the process.
Manage social media advertising.

Requirements:
Prior experience in painting or construction estimating.
Strong math skills and attention to detail.
Drivers license and knowledge of the Rogue Valley area.
Ability to lead teams and resolve on-site issues.
