Component Design Engineer

SK HYNIX NAND PRODUCT SOLUTIONS CORP. (DBA SOLIDIGM)
Responsible for designing and developing data & IO design in 3D NAND Flash memory products.
Architect, design and build for higher IO speed at 3D NAND memory
Lead the design team for the development of Data/IO circuits and solutions that meet the area, power and performance within process distribution.
Develop advanced High Speed IO design
Lead the front-end/back-end HSIO tests in post silicon.
Work closely with the layout designers to optimize area and performance.
Work with several cross-functional teams to resolve product level issues.
Mentoring and instructing junior engineers along with ensuring timely product delivery.

Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to worksite. Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related and 3 years of experience.
