We Love Who WeServe. Position SummaryUnder general direction, this position leads projects or project components as assigned through the Program Management Office/IT Department. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success and all results of assigned projects or project elements. Projects can cover all business areas.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead multiple small to medium size projects simultaneously by coordinating associated personnel, materials, budgets, and other project components. Analyze project requirements with the senior management to evaluate the feasibility of requests. Ensure the successful completion of key project deliverables. Oversee the project status and create status reports for senior management as necessary. Interact with all levels of personnel from senior executives to line-level professionals.Requirements & Education Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of working experience in Leadership and Management or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to self-motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines. Ability to identify deficiencies and take corrective action. Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers. Proficient personal computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio).
