Job Title: Entry-Level Operations / Engineering Support
Location: On-Site
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Up to $28 per hour
Overview:
We are looking for a recent college graduate or entry-level candidate who is eager to learn and grow. This role is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience working with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams. Training will be provided - we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do:
Support Projects & Production:
Help with building and testing new products (prototypes)
Assist in making sure products are completed on time
Help track project progress and report results
Help with Parts & Inventory:
Check if needed parts are available for production
Work with the purchasing team to order parts
Communicate with vendors about delivery timelines
Update inventory and part information in the system
System & Data Support:
Enter and update information in the company system (ERP)
Make sure inventory, orders, and locations are accurate
Help create work orders and estimates
Engineering & Documentation:
Assist engineers with product testing and setup
Help create and update basic documents like instructions and manuals
Update reports and track changes to products
General Support:
Help with special projects as needed
Work with different teams across the company
What We're Looking For:
Recent college graduate or entry-level candidate
Strong attention to detail and organization
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Comfortable working both independently and on a team
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have (but not required):
Interest in engineering, manufacturing, or operations
Internship or project experience
Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
