Position: Corporate Project Coordinator

Reporting to: Director of Corporate Marketing
Location: Topeka, KS - onsite
Overview:
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Corporate Project Coordinator to help keep projects moving, deadlines on track and teams connected across our organization.
In this role, you'll support the Corporate Marketing Project Management Team by coordinating creative and production tasks from concept to completion. You'll work across multiple departments to help keep projects organized, timelines on track and stakeholders informed, while ensuring teammates receive exceptional service and support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while helping teams work more efficiently.
What you'll do:
- Review marketing and creative proofs for accuracy and completeness
- Route revisions and feedback to the appropriate teams
- Upload, track and maintain files within compliance and workflow systems
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Coordinate logistics for print production, mailings, gifts and project file management
- Provide status updates and maintain accurate workflow records
- Assist with scheduling, compliance submissions, data entry and process documentation
- Build strong relationships across marketing, creative, compliance and other departments
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Support additional project and production tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment

- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across all levels

- Experience working with marketing or design teams
- Advertising agency experience
- Experience using Adobe Workfront or similar project management software
