Project Engineer/Project Coordinator

You will serve as a Project Engineer within the Chelmsford Engineering & Technology (E&T) organization, supporting the Integration & Test Equipment (IT&E) Department. In this role you will plan, organize, track, and report on activities for Advanced Programs (AP). Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Serving as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for AP
Maintaining and updating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with milestones and resource plans
Acting as the primary material procurement liaison for AP, overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations
Identifying and driving continuous process improvement initiatives that boost project execution, efficiency, and improve documentation quality. Experience in building relationships and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance and must also be able to obtain an interim Secret prior to start. Must be a US citizen.
CAM and IMS experience. Project Management proficiency and experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Experience working in defense company with engineering or manufacturing background
