Job Description

Join our dynamic engineering team as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where you will leverage your creativity and technical expertise in mechanical design using Solidworks. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Project Management, Fabrication, Assembly, and other departments, requiring strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical design tasks using Solidworks.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Fabrication, Assembly, and other departments.
• Manage projects from custom design to completion.
• Engage with customers to understand and meet their requirements.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Solidworks.
• Mechanical engineering expertise.
• Experience in mechanical design.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with sheet metal and material handling equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with material handling, conveyor, or similar capital equipment.
• Experience interacting with customers.

Work Environment

The work environment is centered around a manufacturing setting, utilizing technologies such as Solidworks and involving interaction with various departments. Engineers are expected to maintain a professional attire suitable for a collaborative and technical workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Souderton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
