Systems Engineer - Regional Strike Program Pittsfield, MA Pay Estimated: $43.62-$48.62/Hour Active Secret Clearance Required to Start We are hiring a Systems Engineer in Pittsfield, MA to support the Regional Strike Program focused on advanced defense systems integration, verification, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). This role requires experience with systems engineering lifecycle processes, requirements management, MBSE tools, hardware/software integration, system validation, Agile engineering, and cross-functional technical collaboration supporting mission-critical aerospace and defense technologies. Responsibilities: Support system test and integration activities, including hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing Assist with requirements engineering, including documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements Contribute to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities such as system modeling, simulations, and design analysis Support hardware systems engineering, including design integration, troubleshooting, and system-level analysis Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across systems, hardware, software, and test disciplines Apply systems engineering principles, technical standards, and development processes to support program objectives Participate in Agile engineering environments where applicable Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics (STEM) field Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance required at time of hire 2+ years of systems engineering or related experience Technical Skills: Systems engineering concepts, principles, and technical standards Requirements management tools System modeling tools / MBSE environments Experience working in Agile development environments preferred Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer What to Expect Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.
