Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field Entry-level to 2 years of mechanical design experience (internships/co-ops welcome) Experience with 3D CAD software (Fusion, SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar) Ability to read and create engineering drawings (basic GD&T knowledge) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment Experience or coursework related to engineer-to-order or custom equipment design Familiarity with fabrication processes (machining, sheet metal, welding) Exposure to ERP/PLM systems and revision control Hands-on shop or assembly experience Why This Opportunity?
