THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE AT GLENDALE, CA - ONSITE ON MONDAY - THURSDAY. REMOTE ON FRIDAY.
Important skills to have:
Previous project management experience
Supporting a number of projects that have a significant to various departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and SmartSheets , AI, Sharepoint, and PowerPoint
Must be a skilled communicator with ability to work with partners from multiple lines of business
Basic Qualifications:
Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to shift from project to project without missing a step
Demonstrated curiosity and proactivity in learning emerging AI technologies , with preferred hands-on experience using AI assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor ) to improve productivity, analysis or project execution
Project management of complex initiatives, specifically application and site assessments
Previous project management experience
Tech-savvy and well-versed in SmartSheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Keynote.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work and build relationships with client employees at all levels
BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to shift gear and work on multiple projects at once
