In this role, you'll design, develop, and implement control systems that drive automation across our machinery and processes. This role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and stay at the forefront of emerging technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement control systems for industrial automationCollaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop control strategiesProgram PLCs and HMIs (ladder logic, structured text, etc.)Perform system testing, commissioning, and validationCIP, Batching, Blending, Pasteurization, Carbonation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering (or related field)5+ years of experience in controls engineering (manufacturing/automation preferred)Strong PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)CIP, Batching, Blending, Pasteurization, CarbonationSolid understanding of control theory (PID, motion control, feedback systems)Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, ANSI, UL508A standardsAbility to travel up to 25% domestically and internationallyBenefits$120,000 - $140,000 + bonus + annual merit increase + travel bonusBenefits eligibility starting Day 1Full benefits package (medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, 401k with match)100$ per night when away traveling; $500 for any holidays missed
