We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at Interexy in the United States. This role is crucial as it combines technical expertise with project management skills to drive successful project outcomes. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that engineering projects meet both client expectations and industry standards, contributing to our mission of innovation and excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion. 2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance. 3. Prepare and review technical specifications and project documentation. 4. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues. 5. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. 6. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards. 7. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients. 8. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 9. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives. 10. Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure product quality. 11. Develop and implement project management methodologies to enhance efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in project engineering or a similar role. 3. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project management practices. 4. Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 8. Experience in budget management and cost control. 9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 10. Willingness to take initiative and lead projects. 11. Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
