Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead and supervise the daily activities of our electrical engineering team. This role involves mentoring team members, managing complex projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of electrical engineering staff.
• Mentor team members in technical skills and support their professional development.
• Serve as a senior resource for complex electrical design and problem solving.
• Manage projects of varying size and complexity from concept through construction completion.
• Coordinate closely with in-house multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment.
• Interface directly with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet codes, standards, and client expectations.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide leadership in project execution, guiding teams through all phases of design and construction.
• Ensure overall project success through effective communication, organization, and technical excellence.

Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
