Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD Hourly
Description:
Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Minnesota (Onsite 4 days per week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead sprint execution and ensure delivery quality
• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers
• Partner with product and architecture teams on design and delivery
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and performant

Must Have / Required:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience managing software engineering teams
• Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, React, or similar stacks

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
