Job Title: Application Delivery Lead / Project Manager

Duration: 18 months/contract to hire

Location: Charlotte, NC

Required Pay Scale: $63-64/hr W2

• Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates*

Job Summary:

Project Details:

• Delivery leads in home grown app environments. Not all vendor app shops
• Understanding business process and ability to manage full scale applications and all team members within the space from end to end
• Understands Risk Mitigation
• Every single application and product in the environment is 100% home grown and developed - someone must be coming out of a similar environment and not coming from a space where they use a bunch of vendor applications for all of their work - This means they will understand how applications are built from scratch and how all aspects of the data is used, logged, data source

Must Haves

• 12- 20 years of experience
• Must have managed homegrown applications, not vendor applications
• Excellent communication skills
• No job hoppers - must have longevity in positions and see projects through
• Banking or financial service industries
