Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager II to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional IT initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience navigating ambiguity and driving successful outcomes across matrixed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple large-scale IT projects from initiation through completion
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams
• Create and execute project communication plans for stakeholders at all levels
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage scope changes and ensure alignment on schedule and budget impacts
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for successful project execution
• Prepare and deliver status reports, metrics, and project documentation
• Ensure quality standards and stakeholder acceptance of deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
• Support Agile ceremonies and/or Waterfall governance as required

Required Skills/Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Program Management
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with medium to high complexity
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, scope, and budget constraints
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams

Preferred Certifications (or willingness to obtain within 1 year):

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
