Day to Day Responsibilities: Manage medium to large N4 implementation projects that deliver results Determine and define project scope and objectives for TOS implementations Predict resource needs and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope and resource requirements; track actuals against budget Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans Provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders Coordinate project resource assignment and task execution across Kaleris teams Represent Kaleris in a professional manner Ensure alignment between project goals and company objectives, leading teams to deliver customer value Manage the change control process including creation, refinement and execution of Change Orders. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry and organizational benchmarks Measure project performance to identify successes and areas for improvement Kaleris is an equal opportunity employer.
