The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management for healthcare or healthcare related projects. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints Manage the contract buyout process, including negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations Manage and oversee the installation of MEP systems Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management for healthcare or healthcare related projects. Experience with project management, scheduling, budgets, contract buyout, and subcontractor management Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in MS Office and project management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager with a passion for healthcare construction, we want to hear from you.
