JOB MISSION:
In this role of Sr Project Manager, you will be leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives that deliver meaningful business outcomes and advance organizational strategy. This role drives the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects or workstreams using a bestfit delivery approach (Agile, hybrid, or traditional), while adapting to evolving priorities and business needs.
As a trusted partner to business, technology, and delivery teams, the Senior Project Manager fosters collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. As a senior member of the PMO, this role contributes to PMO standards, mentors other project managers, and proactively identifies opportunities to strengthen delivery effectiveness, governance, and operational maturity.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead the endtoend delivery of multiple crossfunctional projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations
Apply and tailor delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or traditional) to suit project needs while promoting agility and continuous improvement
Establish and maintain clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
Proactively manage project RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), including mitigation planning and timely escalation when required
Facilitate project governance through structured status reporting, RAG indicators, milestone reviews, and leadership updates
Partner with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and technology teams to translate objectives into actionable requirements and execution plans
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, tooling, and ways of working across the PMO
Scheduling and facilitating necessary meetings at all project stages; managing decisions and tasks; and monitoring and reporting progress
