Engineering Supervisor

The Role As the Engineering Supervisor, you oversee daily maintenance activities, assign and inspect repair work, and ensure the hotel is kept in good working condition. You support the Chief Engineer and help guide the maintenance team in repairs, safety, and guest service. What You Will Be Doing Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily tasks Perform and supervise preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems. Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly Conduct property walkthroughs to identify repair needs and ensure brand standards are met Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations related to building systems, safety and environmental standards.
