Manufacturing Engineer 3 - 640-Manufacturing Engineer-General

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative production and tooling methodologies, as well as leading manufacturing plans and resolving technical problems.

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree from an ABET accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
• 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Experience in the development, selection, and/or revision of parts, materials, and process specifications for production testing, electrical subsystems, aircraft interiors, and other aircraft systems.
• Prior work experience in the industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• 5 years of experience in production planning, including ownership of value stream build plans.
• Experience with 787 systems, build plans, production testing, electrical installations, and/or aircraft interiors.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a diverse and demanding work environment and schedule.

• Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
• Lead and implement manufacturing plans and validate production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
