Project & Program Leadership

• Lead endtoend delivery of facilities, infrastructure, and MEP projects in active semiconductor fabs and support facilities
• Manage simultaneous capital and maintenancedriven projects ranging from system upgrades to lifecycle replacements
• Develop project scopes, execution plans, schedules, cost estimes, and financial forecasts
• Ensure projects meet client technical requirements, operional constraints, and compliance standards

Budget & Financial Management

• Own and manage project and program budgets , including forecasting, cost tracking, change management, and financial reporting
• Review and approve change orders, invoices, and cost impacts with a focus on cost control and value optimizion
• Perform feasibility studies, lifecycle cost analyses, and capital planning support for client stakeholders

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary seniorlevel point of contact for the client, including operions leadership and engineering stakeholders
• Maintain strong client relionships through transparent communicion on schedule, cost, risk, and technical performance
• Lead project meetings, executive updes, and coordinion sessions with internal and external teams

Team Leadership

• Directly manage and mentor a team of four project managers and/or engineers
• Set clear performance expections, provide coaching, and support professional development
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, collaborion, and operional excellence

Technical & Engineering Oversight

• Provide P.E.level oversight for engineering scope execution involving electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and critical utility systems
• Conduct site assessments, system evaluions, and field inspections to valide quality, safety, and compliance
• Ensure proper integrion of new systems with existing operions and maintenance programs

Contractor & Vendor Management

• Lead contractor and vendor selection, bidding, contract negotiion, and performance management
• Oversee construction activities, commissioning, punchlists, and turnover documention
• Ensure contractors adhere to cleanroom protocols, safety requirements, and client standards

Safety, Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, building codes, environmental regulions, and client safety standards
• Lead safety planning, hazard mitigion, permit reviews, and incident reporting as required
• Ensure work is executed safely in live production and cleanroom environments

Required Qualificions

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or reled technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 1015+ years of experience in facilities engineering, project management, or capital project delivery
• Proven experience managing large budgets and multiproject portfolios
• Demonstred leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Strong background in MEP systems and critical manufacturing infrastructure
• Experience supporting semiconductor, missioncritical, or hightech manufacturing facilities
• Excellent communicion, organizional, and clientfacing skills
• Preferred Qualificions
• Experience working in active semiconductor fabs or cleanroom environments
• Familiarity with critical utilities, highpurity systems, exhaust systems, or specialty process support
• Experience with CMMS plforms (e.g., Corrigo, Maximo)
• Background in maintenancedriven projects in addition to capital improvements
• LEED, sustainability, or energyefficiency experience
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ability to manage complex work in live production environments with minimal operional risk
• High level of tention to detail, safety, and quality
• Ability to balance technical depth with stregic leadership
• Comfortable working in fastpaced, highaccountability client settings
