Technical support to make application security compliant. Responsible for tech precepts implementation and contractually responsible to be on call 24/7. Key Responsibilities: System Design & Implementation: Design, install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability. Security & Redundancy: Implement and maintain robust security measures, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans. Automation & Scripting: Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network components. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, management, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, procedures, and support. Technology Evaluation: Research and assess emerging technologies for potential upgrades or new implementations. Required Skills Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a systems engineer Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of network architecture, server administration, virtualization (e.g., Python). Analytical Skills: Ability to see the big picture, analyze complex systems, and perform cost-benefit analyses. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
