If you are a Construction Project Manager, with at least 3+yrs of recent construction experience, please read onAbout UsEstablished in the 1990's, we've grown to be a leading contractor in the Wilmington, NC market.Our team embodies our culture with a dedication to growth and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and of the highest quality in the Commercial, Multi-family, Healthcare, K-12 and Higher Education sectors.We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager or Sr Project Manager with experience at a supervisory level, who has the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client/contractor relationship.Responsibilities-Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15M - $40M+ annually-Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project-Lead the project team - client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors-Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc. - Managing overall project document control-Plan and coordinate construction activities-Evaluate riskQualifications-Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 10+ years commercial general construction experience.-Ground up experience of projects from $15M or more-Knowledge of CLTs Sub Contractors-Public and private client experience-Ability to read and understand construction documents and contracts-Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills-Ability to communicate and plan with engineers, architects and stakeholders-Willingness to travel a plus-Experience with multiple delivery methodsBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCompany VehicleBonus
