PLM Project Manager ( Flex PLM)

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 12+ years of experience in project/program management .
• Proven experience in PLM implementations, upgrades, or data migration projects (FlexPLM strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, ETL processes, data mapping, and validation techniques .
• Expertise in project delivery frameworks ( Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models ).
• Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and analytical skills .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
