Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator is needed for a leading manufacturing organization outside of the Evansville, IN area. The Project Coordinator is responsible for driving operational efficiency by managing vital documentation, financial tracking, and equipment asset allocations.

To excel, candidates should hold an associate's degree or equivalent experience, alongside proficiency in MS Excel for managing complex spreadsheets and formulas. SAP or Ariba experience is highly preferred. communication skills, and the ability to master internal business databases are required, as well as the flexibility to work up to 20% overtime. This is a long-term contract role and out client is only seeking local talent currently.

responsibilities:

• Update internal budget tracking systems, Ringi spend management databases, and budget reports
  
  
• Enter and track requisitions and purchase orders, utilizing SAP and Ariba platforms for regular report cross-checks
  
  
• Support the determination of equipment asset allocations and update the Technical Assistance Manpower Database
  
  
• Identify and implement administrative process improvements, focusing on asset creation and tracking
  
  
• Maintain internal, Excel-based tracking files to ensure data accuracy across multiple department applications
