As a Project Engineer on the Mk7 program supporting the Release Assembly (RA) IPT, you will:
Support the Product Owner on execution including managing cost and schedule baselines
Support scope that includes design, analysis, test, and manufacturing
Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
Collaborate with all levels of personnel within the team and other functional departments
Support risk management including implementing risk mitigation measures into baseline
Support proposal efforts and long range plan efforts including Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Cost Model, and schedules
Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) best practices
Support management of program baseline using multiple change control processes (ERB, CCB, BCB)
Support other duties as assigned by Product Owner Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience
U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance Project management experience
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Long Range Schedules for cost and schedule projections
Experience with design, test, analysis, manufacturing, and systems engineering disciplines
Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills
