Position will support Precision Fires Launcher LSE Leads as assigned.
Position will provide Project Engineering support to ensure the technical excellence of products and services and to ensure the LSE team achieves program milestones on time and within schedule. Position will be responsible for monitoring metrics and measurements, compliance matrix, forecasting and evaluating scheduling requirements and monitoring and tracking proposals as assigned.
Initiate requests to planning by supporting CAMs as they open and close charge numbers to keep schedule and program milestones.
Support firm planning effort on newly awarded contracts. Develop budget baseline within Work Authorization Document (WAD) and Program Management Program Directives.
Work with Finance on Schedule, Budget, Change Requests (SBCR)
Support internal audits and Initial Baseline Reviews (IBRs) with the customer

Proposal Tasks
Coordination of LSE proposal activities from RFP to Contract Award
Support proposal estimates and proposal development

Other Tasks
Monitoring and tracking of functional processes, methods, and practices for assigned LSE elements for assigned PF programs and their schedule for planning purposes
Updating, forecasting and evaluating LSE manpower requirements related to schedule.
Monitoring, updating and tracking LSE compliance matrix
strong back ground in supporting the planning, scheduling IMS/PSM organization activities for development and integration of LSE functional efforts
Supporting planning and scheduling requirements development for LSE scope of work
Participating in technical and programmatic reviews and meetings
Support and track peer reviews are conducted to assure technical excellence of work products.
Provides timely communication and interface with program organization for assigned scope of work Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Project management skillsets, including but not limited to: leadership, effective communication, planning/organization, risk management, and planning and or scheduling acumen
Proficient with Microsoft Office software tools
Proven resource management people, material, and time
Familiarity with Tableau
Precision Fires program knowledge and experience
Candidate must be willing to work overtime and travel as needed to support program Solid understanding of the principles and analysis of the LSE disciplines
Intermediate skill level with Excel (e.g., formulas, basic pivot tables) and other Microsoft applications.

Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross functional stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment.
