We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, product thinking, and leadership skills to deliver impactful, production-grade AI systems aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks .
• Expertise in Azure cloud services (or equivalent cloud platforms) .
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures .
• Solid background in backend development and API design .
• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments .
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, model lifecycle, and MLOps practices .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in leading technical teams or projects
