Senior Project Manager

Schedule: Hybrid (50% Onsite / 50% Remote) | 4/10 Work Schedule (Mon Thu)
Seeking a Senior Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, construction, or project controls. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing complex multi-year projects, and the ability to work across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and risk management
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder communications
• Oversee EPC contracts and support third-party contract negotiations
• Resolve project issues and drive continuous process improvements
• Mentor junior project managers and lead cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of project management, engineering, construction, or project controls experience
• PMP Certification required
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience managing large-scale, high-visibility projects

Preferred:

• Experience working with or for Client
• Knowledge of land acquisition, environmental permitting, CPUC regulations, and EPC contracting
• Strong collaboration skills and continuous improvement mindset.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $100.00-$105.00 per hour.
