The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of technology and transformation initiatives within the EnTech portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to governance standards.
The role operates within a structured project delivery framework, combining waterfall governance with agile delivery practices where appropriate, and requires strong leadership across cross-functional global teams.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure
Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria
Manage delivery plans, dependencies, and critical paths
Ensure alignment to the Strategic Roadmap and investment priorities
Governance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to the project governance framework
Maintain all core project artefacts including:
RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Status reports and dashboards
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, leadership, and governance boards
Support project gating, approvals, and audit readiness
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships across Technology, Business, and External Partners
Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making
Manage communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans
Financial & Resource Management
Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
Review performance against financial targets and initiate corrective actions where required
Coordinate internal and third-party resources to ensure delivery milestones are achieved
Risk, Change & Quality Management
Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues
Implement structured change control processes
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with security and operational standards
Communications & Engagement
Develop and execute project communication plans
Create project documentation including:
Updates, user guides, and training materials
Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering IT, business transformation, or enterprise-level projects
Strong knowledge of:
Project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)
Governance frameworks and reporting structures
Experience managing:
Stakeholders across multiple business functions
Budgets, resources, and third-party vendors
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience of working with technical teams to deliver infrastructure / network / software- related projects from design to implementation
Experience working within global, matrixed organisations
Familiarity with tools such as:
Celoxis or equivalent PM tooling
Microsoft Teams / SharePoint for collaboration
PRINCE2 / APM or similar project management accreditation desirable but not essential
