• Support global CMMS/CAMS deployment across manufacturing sites.
• Assess current maintenance processes and drive adoption of standardized maintenance work management practices.
• Act as CMMS/EAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) .
• Support data migration , asset hierarchy validation, PM plans, and master data.
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, IT, PMO, Training, QMS, and Change Management teams.
• Support go-live, hypercare, user adoption, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years (or Advanced Degree + 2 years) in Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, or related field.
• Strong experience with:
  • Maintenance Work Management
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM)
  • Planning & Scheduling
  • Work Order Execution & Close-Out
• Hands-on experience with CMMS/EAM systems .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional project environments.
