Job Description:
You will be the Associate Project Manager - Technical (Level 3) for the Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) Advanced Sensors & Electronics (ASE) Campaign. Our team is responsible for the design and manufacturing of advanced electronics solutions for Missiles and Fire Control.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Associate Project Manager - Technical (Level 3) you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of moderatetohigh complexity electronics manufacturing projects across Lockheed Martin MFC facilities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and criticalpath analysis.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (engineering, production, procurement) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage IRAD and capital project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Travel to multiple sites (30% travel) to support multisite activities and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BusinessAdministration, Finance, or a related technical
discipline.
Proven experience in project planning and technical
management in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of project management
methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to create and maintain Integrated Master
Schedules (IMS).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g.,
Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance
