responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk plans, ensuring all designs strictly comply with regulations, safety requirements, and Our Client's corporate standards.
  
  
• Manage third-party engineering firms, approve key design deliverables (like drawings and technical reports), and conduct technical evaluations of vendor quotations for major equipment such as turbine and compressor packages.
  
  
• Deliver hands-on technical support, oversee the implementation of technical solutions, and resolve complex issues throughout the critical construction and commissioning phases.
  
  
• Provide informal leadership and technical guidance to peers and junior engineers while consistently integrating lessons learned to innovate and improve Our Client's future designs.
