**Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of experience in Mechanical/Civil design and project execution.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as spreadsheets, databases, and word processing; AutoCAD experience is highly desirable.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent people skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for project demands.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related needs.
