responsibilities:

• Identify, lead, and support continuous plant and process improvement initiatives to optimize daily manufacturing operations.
  
  
• Develop strategic plans and proposals for new facility capital projects from initial concept to final approval.
  
  
• Manage the end-to-end execution of capital projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  
  
• Conduct comprehensive engineering design reviews to guarantee all modifications meet strict technical and quality standards.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with on-site technical teams to seamlessly integrate operational improvements and new engineering designs.
