responsibilities:

• Partner actively with manufacturing departments to provide tactical quality guidance and conduct required laboratory experiments.
• Investigate internal and external issues, lead comprehensive root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Author, revise, and manage quality system documents via eDMS while participating in change control for manufacturing processes.
• Collect, analyze, and present critical quality data to enhance product standards, clarify practices, and maintain strict regulatory compliance.
