**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
- Proficiency in downloading and programming PLC, HMI, and drive systems.
- Electrical aptitude with a solid understanding of industrial control devices.
- Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix and CompactLogix) is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct independent problem analysis on complex systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50% travel required) to support our global customer base.
